No purchase orpayment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increaseyour chances of winning. A free alternative method of entry is described inSection 4.
• Open to legal residents of the United States(excluding residents of California, Connecticut, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana,Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, and Washington) andCanada (excluding Quebec) who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
• Employees of SWIFTLET NEST, LLC, their immediatefamily members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children), and household membersare not eligible.
• Canadian residents may be required to correctlyanswer a skill-testing question to claim a prize.
The sweepstakesbegins at [Start Date and Time] and ends at [End Date and Time] (the“Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received during the SweepstakesPeriod to be eligible.
• Online: visitwww.swiftletnest.com and complete the online entry form.
• Free alternativemethod of entry (AMOE): to enter without a purchase, hand-print yourfull name, address, email, phone, and date of birth on a 3×5 card and mail itin a stamped envelope to SWIFTLET NEST, LLC, Dallas, Texas. One entry permailed envelope; mail-in entries must be received during the SweepstakesPeriod.
• Limit one (1) entry per person per day unlessotherwise specified. Multiple entries from the same person in a single day maybe disqualified.
• Additional entries may be earned by followingspecific instructions on the entry page (e.g., sharing on social media), whereoffered.
• Winners are selected in a random drawing fromall eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
• The drawing is conducted by SWIFTLET NEST, LLCor its designee, whose decisions are final and binding.
• The prize(s) and their approximate retail valueare specified on the sweepstakes entry page.
• No cash or other substitution is permittedexcept at SWIFTLET NEST, LLC’s discretion. Prizes are non-transferable.
• Prize awards and payouts are subject to identityand eligibility verification and applicable payout limits.
• The potential winner(s) will be notified byemail within five (5) days of the drawing.
• A potential winner must respond within five (5)days to claim the prize.
• If a potential winner cannot be contacted, failsto respond in time, or the prize is returned undeliverable, the prize isforfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
The odds ofwinning depend on the number of eligible entries received during theSweepstakes Period.
All federal,state, and local taxes and fees associated with the receipt or use of a prizeare the sole responsibility of the winner. SWIFTLET NEST, LLC may issue taxforms and withhold where required by law.
Except whereprohibited, by entering you grant SWIFTLET NEST, LLC permission to use yourname, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes withoutfurther compensation.
• SWIFTLET NEST, LLC reserves the right to cancel,suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any factorbeyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning ofthe sweepstakes.
• SWIFTLET NEST, LLC reserves the right, in itssole discretion, to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entryprocess or operation of the sweepstakes, or acting in violation of these rules.
• SWIFTLET NEST, LLC is not responsible forincorrect or inaccurate entry information, technical failures, or other errorsin the administration of the sweepstakes or processing of entries.
• By participating, you agree to release and holdharmless SWIFTLET NEST, LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees,and agents from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from thesweepstakes or any prize.
• Except where prohibited, all disputes shall beresolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, andexclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Delaware.
• These rules are governed by and construed inaccordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to anychoice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules.
