Age Gate Policy

SWIFTLET NEST, LLC

Age Gate Policy

Effective Date: June 10, 2026     •    Version: 1.0

SWIFTLET NEST,LLC restricts access to adults. This Age Gate Policy governs theage-confirmation gateway presented on www.swiftletnest.com before a visitor canaccess entry, gameplay, or purchase functions. It works together with, but isdistinct from, the Age Verification Process (which performs identity-based ageverification through a KYC provider).

1. Purpose

The age gate isthe first-line control that prevents anyone under 18 from accessingage-restricted features. It establishes a documented, good-faith barrier tounderage access and supports the Company’s lawful-gaming and responsible-gamingcommitments.

2. Minimum Age & Eligibility

•    Access is limited to individuals who are atleast 18 years of age.

•    Where a specific game, prize, or jurisdictionrequires a higher minimum age, that higher requirement applies.

•    Eligibility is also limited by jurisdiction.Residents of the Excluded Jurisdictions — California, Connecticut, Idaho,Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, and Washington (and Canada excluding Quebec) — are blocked by geolocation andthe state-of-residence screen, separate from the age gate.

3. The Age Gate Mechanism

•    The gate is presented before a visitor canaccess entry, play, or purchase, at the first meaningful interaction with thosefeatures.

•    Wherever feasible, the gate requires entry of afull date of birth (a neutral age gate) rather than a single “Yes, I am 18”click, so the control is more than a checkbox.

•    The gate states the minimum age clearly andexplains that access is limited to eligible adults.

4. Failure Handling

•    A visitor who indicates they are under 18 isdenied access and is not invited to simply re-enter a different date of birthto pass.

•    A short-lived cookie or equivalent control isset to prevent immediate repeated attempts after a failed age check.

•    No registration, entry, purchase, or marketingcapture proceeds for a visitor who fails the age gate.

5. Persistence & Re-Assertion

Once a visitorpasses the age gate, the result may be remembered for the session or device toavoid repeated prompts, and is re-asserted at registration and before anypayout through full identity verification. Clearing cookies or using a newdevice re-triggers the gate.

6. Relationship to Identity Verification

The age gate isa self-declaration barrier, not proof of age. Actual age and identity areconfirmed through the Age Verification Process (KYC) at registration and/orbefore payout. A passed age gate never substitutes for KYC.

7. No Circumvention & Marketing

•    Attempts to bypass the age gate (includingfalsifying date of birth) violate the Terms & Conditions and may result inaccount closure and forfeiture of entries or prizes.

•    The Company does not target or market to minors, and creative and media placements are screened to avoid audiences under 18.

8. Records & Review

Age-gateconfiguration changes are logged. This policy is reviewed at least annually andwhenever a material change in law, product, or platform warrants it, alongsidethe Age Verification Process.
