At SWIFTLETNEST, LLC, we are committed to providing an entertaining, transparent, andresponsible experience for every participant in our sweepstakes and skill-basedgames. Play should remain a form of recreation — never a source of financial orpersonal harm. This policy sets out the principles, controls, andplayer-protection tools we maintain to promote safe play, protect vulnerableindividuals, and comply with applicable law.
This policyapplies to all of our games, products, and services and to all employees,contractors, affiliates, and vendors who support them. It covers the fullparticipant lifecycle, from registration and verification through play,transactions, and account closure.
• Eligibility &state gating: we offer our games only to eligible participants —U.S. residents (excluding California, Connecticut, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana,Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, and Washington) andCanadian residents (excluding Quebec) — and block access from restrictedjurisdictions using state gating and geolocation controls.
• Age verification:we enforce an 18+ minimum age through verification at registrationand on an ongoing basis.
• No purchasenecessary: a free alternative method of entry is available for oursweepstakes, and a purchase does not improve the chance of winning.
• KYC & AML: weverify identity and monitor for suspicious activity consistent with our KYCPolicy and applicable AML/CTF requirements.
• Recordkeeping: wemaintain participation, identity, and transaction records as required by law.
We provideself-management tools, accessible from your account, that help you stay incontrol of your time and spending: spending limits (daily, weekly, or monthlycaps), time limits and reality-check reminders, cooling-off periods,self-exclusion (for a set term or permanently), and account closure on request.
Once aself-exclusion or limit is in effect, we will not remove or increase it untilany required cooling-off period has elapsed, and we will not knowingly marketto a participant during an active self-exclusion. Limit decreases applypromptly; limit increases are subject to a deliberate delay.
• Outcomes are determined fairly, and skill-basedmechanics and prize structures are disclosed clearly before play.
• We monitor for cheating, collusion, automation,bonus abuse, and account takeover, and we act on violations consistently.
• Promotional and bonus terms are stated plainlyand applied as written.
We protectparticipant data using administrative, technical, and physical safeguards,handle payments in accordance with PCI DSS, and restrict access to sensitivedata. See our Privacy Policy for details.
• We display 18+ notices prominently and providelinks to parental-control tools.
• We promptly investigate and close any accountreasonably believed to belong to an underage individual and void associatedentries.
• Staff training: relevantemployees are trained to recognize the warning signs of problem gambling andrespond without judgment.
• Behavioralmonitoring: we watch for patterns such as rapidly escalating spendor attempts to bypass limits and may reach out or apply protective measures.
• Clear pathways tohelp: self-exclusion, account-closure, and support resources areeasy to find and use at any time.
