• Purchases of entries, credits, or virtual itemsare generally final and non-refundable once the items have been used, played,or redeemed.
• Virtual items and credits have no cash valueexcept as expressly stated and cannot be exchanged for cash outside of a validprize payout.
• Unauthorizedtransactions: charges you did not authorize, subject toinvestigation and verification.
• Duplicate orerroneous charges: technical errors that resulted in a double chargeor an incorrect amount.
• Unused purchases:purchased credits or entries that have not yet been used or redeemedmay be eligible for cancellation and refund if requested within a reasonableperiod (for example, within 24–48 hours of purchase).
• Required by law: wherea refund is required under applicable consumer-protection law.
Emailinfo@swiftletnest.com with your account email, the transaction date and amount,and a brief description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge requests promptlyand to resolve them within a reasonable time after verification.
• Approved refunds are returned to the originalpayment method where possible.
• Processing times depend on your payment providerand bank and may take several business days to appear.
If you believea charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly.Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of youraccount pending review. We cooperate with card networks and banks toinvestigate disputed transactions.
• Prize payouts are subject to identity andeligibility verification before release.
• Payouts are subject to operating limits,including a maximum single payout of $300 and daily aggregate payout limits;payouts above a limit may be scheduled across multiple disbursements.
• Prizes are non-transferable, and no cashsubstitution is offered except at our discretion or as required by law.
You may closeyour account at any time by contacting us. Closing your account does not byitself entitle you to a refund of used purchases, but any eligible unusedbalance will be handled in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
We may updatethis policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page.
